Rash or possibly eczema?

Anyone know what this could be? He only has it on his legs, arms and cheeks. I use free n clear everything! It’s dry and rough feeling. Some days it looks worse than others! I have tried everything and nothing seems to be working!
Update: The doctor confirmed it’s keratosis pilaris.

Definitely talk to your doc to be sure. It could be keratosis pilaris, which isn’t a huge deal at all. Basically a rash-ish thing that doesn’t hurt, it’s just kinda there. I had some patches of it off and on growing up.

Hi! My son had the same rash. It started from the back of his knees, then on his knees, and spread through his body. At first, we though it was just eczema, but then our GP said it might be viral allergy. My son must’ve gotten it from pollen (from where we are). It went away after some antihistamine liquid and locoid cream.

I’d probably say eczema if it’s there all the time (better or worse). You could always try switching laundry soaps to see if it helps but again I’m thinking most likely eczema so I’d talk to the doc about it to see if they can get your a cream to help :)

Food allergy? I’m not sure honestly but I’d talk to the doctor. Maybe they can give you a medicated lotion.
