Spotting!
Hi everyone!
Just reaching out to see if any of you ladies experience the same thing? I always spot before my period. It ranges anywhere from 4 to as long as 8 days before my period is due. I have heard mixed things regarding this. Does it make it harder to conceive if you spot especially about a week before your period? Does this make it hard for the egg to implant due to my uterus starting to shed?
