Anatomy scan?

I have mine tomorrow and just so anxious. But I’m anxious for all of my appointments! However it seems this one is a big scan/appointment and that’s just what makes me nervous...

I totally understand, it is the most anxiety filled appointment. Try not to stress, but you will definitely probably panic right before you get there so don’t think that that is uncommon to be nervous

My anatomy scan was my favorite appointment so far. It’s so fun seeing baby. Drink juice before you go to get baby moving. I had to go back a second time because baby was being stubborn and wouldn’t move to get the images that they needed

Mine was pretty chill! It was really cool seeing her little hands and feet in detail, and I saw a closeup of the face too and saw my husband’s nose and lips LOL. My two sisters came with me (my husband had to work) and it was fun! We just goofed around til it was finally my turn to go in. They were able to come in the room with me and it was cool to see the screen together. The excitement calmed down after a while tho because you’re in there for like 45 mins in silence while the technician quietly does her thing haha. Oh make sure to eat something 30 mins to an hour before your appt. I didn’t know that so the baby just wasn’t moving enough for the technician. She stopped the scan 20mins in and gave me some orange juice and told me to walk around the halls for 15 minutes to make the baby flip over haha.
