Stomach Virus/Flu when pregnant?

My daughter and husband both have a stomach virus/flu and I’m 4 weeks pregnant. Has anyone had a stomach virus in pregnancy, specifically early on, and had a successful pregnancy? I’m worried and taking precautions but there’s only so much I can do 😞

I got a really bad stomach virus around 5-6 weeks and it was awful. Baby seems fine though!

I had norovirus around 12-14 weeks, couldn't even keep down water for around 36 hours. It was horrid and a bit scary but I'm now 22 weeks and all is well 😊 I called the NHS non emergency helpline and spoke to a doctor but by the time I could see a GP I was feeling ok again.

I just got over the awful stomach virus. I was 10 weeks when I had it but yeah besides feeling even shittier than normal baby is fine.
