My mini me blessing! *story time*

I was adopted at 6 months old from Paraguay in South America. My mom brought me to America at that age and raised me. I was an only child my whole life and always felt a part of me was missing.

Today that changed completely.

Today, I saw our precious baby girls face. I saw her long hair that I know she got from me. I listened in amazement as the sonographer told me she thinks my daughter has my lips.

I couldn’t hold back the tears. I’ve never known anyone to look like me - to have my DNA. But soon, I will have a mini me! I have waited for this day my entire life. I can’t wait to meet you, my sweet Leighton. 💞🙈.
