Tooth sensitivity a pregnancy symptom?

I’m currently 6 weeks and all of a sudden my teeth are super sensitive. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

I've had trouble with it. Switched to sensitive toothpaste because after regular toothpaste, I had sharp pains in my front teeth.

See your dentist and make sure you’re getting enough calcium. I have to take supplements on top of my prenatals

Teeth tend to get really bad during pregnancy. I really keep up with oral hygiene, and I have gotten 3 cavities during the past 9 months 😒
