Charlie’s horse cramps every night 💀😵
Anyone else get that horrendous Charlie’s horse cramps in their calf in the middle of the night?? Starting in my 3rd trimester I started getting them nearly every single night!! Always at 4-5AM and I wake up from the excruciating pain. It feels like something invisible is ripping your calf muscle apart from the inside and nothing can stop it. I hate this!
