Moms who have been sick ...

I have my first cold since having my baby !! 😩 I feel terrible ughhhh. It started on Thursday with a scratchy throat. I started to feel better yesterday morning, but then l last night i started to get a stuffy nose and head. I don’t think it’s the flu cause my symptoms came on gradual and the flu is usually an abrupt onset. And I have no fever. So far the baby seems fine, but I’m sooooo scared he’s going to get sick. He’s EBF so I know there’s a chance he can avoid it through antibodies. I’ve been washing my hands constantly and I was wearing a mask but then I was starting to feel better so I stopped. Has anyone’s baby avoided getting any illness from you when EBFing? It’s impossible to not touch him/be around him 😫. But I don’t want to get him sick !! thanks mommas
