Could be from sex or exercise. As long as there is no pain associated with the brown discharge you should be okay but consult w/ your doctor if you are concerned. Im sure your baby is just fine 😇

Well it looks like some mucus plug but even though it looks like there’s blood in it I lost mine my last pregnancy like that at 38 weeks and still had to be induced at 42 weeks.
