break up

my boyfriend has been acting really distant lately and she told me that if things don’t get better between us after a few weeks then we should end it and it feels like he’s basically just setting us up to fail and he’s gonna break up with me no matter what and he says he doesn’t know why he has been like this lately and he needs to figure things out but i dont understand why this is all happening. i’m getting no information and it’s really taking a toll on me. i dont want to break up at all and i’m really trying to save us but he’s not being sincere. what do i do.
