Sweet tooth and feeling guilty 😭😢

My first pregnancy I ate so healthy.....

this time I have craved sweets sweets and more sweets!

Typically before pregnancy I very rarely want sweets

I eat sweets about 3-4 times a week now

This evening I had a half bag of sour patch kids

A HALF A BAG!!!!!!

that is around 100 grams of sugar!!!!!!

100!!!!!

I also had a piece of cake and juice

I typically don’t do this - even on my sweets days I have around 30-40 grams of sugar

I feel so guilty

It doesn’t help that at 17+1 I’m still nauseous and the sweets actually don’t turn my stomach so I’m more drawn to them!

Can anyone relate 🙂😫😳
