Lightweight carseat?!

Question

My son will be a year and 7 months when this one is born. Im thinking ill need a lightweight carseat to make life a teeny bit easier...best ones? Good reviews? 
It hits in waves that this is happening again lol i want to be prepared prepared!!

Maybe this list will help. My boys are 18 months apart though and I just used the same car seat from my first which is the britax b-safe and not the lightest car seat but it was never an issue. I really didn’t carry the car seat anywhere except from the house to the car and vice versa. If we went out anywhere and kept him in his seat it was attached to the stroller.
