Most likely your own heartbeat, even in the 3rd trimester its very unlikely to feel your baby's heartbeat. I suggest getting a fetal heartbeat monitor, it gave me so much peace of mind in between appointments to hear his kugler heartbeat fluttering away. You're not going to feel the heartbeat but you are likely feeling the little flutter kicks and swishes of movement. Possibly even hiccups if it's rhythmic

No I don’t think you can feel babies heartbeat at all. Its your heart beat. I see my stomachs heartbeat more than usual and I’m 3mpnths too. Maybe it’s our blood pumping alittle harder for baby?

No you're not the feeling the baby's heartbeat at all. It's more like your main veins you feel which is pumping blood to your placenta. I'll be 5 months Sunday and if I lay on my back for a few seconds I can even see the movements. Like a pulsating movement. It's not baby though. You won't feel baby til around 16 maybe 20 weeks or later depending on the position of your placenta. Right now baby is really tiny tucked away in your pelvis still.
