Crying baby

My daughter cries all day long it's like nothing ever makes her happy. It's getting to be too much. She likes to crawl around but she always falls and hurts herself so it's not the easiest to just let her do her own thing. I know babies fall and get hurt but she seriously falls and hits her head all the time. I just don't know what to do with her anymore. It's really taking a toll on me.
