When you went into labor

Did it start with light period type cramps? Is so how long after that did you have your baby/go into labor?

Yes... I had prodromal labor though and didn't have her for 21 more days....

Yes had my first 28.5 hours after I started with the period cramps

Yes! With my first, I had her 22 hours after I first started having those cramps. With my second? Three hours

Yes it was like an annoying period type cramp that just kept coming and coming.

My water broke and that started labor. I had period like cramping that stated coming in waves. My cramping started about 30 mints after my water broke. My daughter was born 12 hours after my water broke.

Baby was born at 40+3.  Had light bleeding at 4:30am with nothing else.  Felt normal all day.  Was supposed to go to usual checkup appointment but doctor was sick.  Went to the birth center instead for the checkup.  They said I was dilated to a 4 already and that I couldn’t leave.  I had no idea.  We didn’t go there prepared at all because I felt normal, really good actually.  That was around 3pm.  Around 5-6pm, I started having really light cramping.  The painful contractions started around 9-10pm.  Baby was born just before 2am.
