Getting married without people knowing! Help!

So I am 19 and my boyfriend is 21. We have been together less than a year but he is in the military. We are thinking about getting married but don’t want anyone to know especially my parents. I fear that somehow they will find out because I am on their insurance (health, car, etc). With me getting married and i think that means I would get onto his insurance, could they somehow find out? How do I keep this a secret??? (We are keeping it a secret for a few months because we don’t want the judgement of others and think our parents would be mad we got married so early)
