Gestational sac is measuring within a day of what it should but there’s no pole or yolk. Progesterone is 28.9 and last hcg draw on (2/15) were progressing great, at 40k.

Had something similar with my daughter. Misdiagnosed blighted ovum. She didn’t show up until 8w1d. Same, just a sac. No yolk or pole for weeks.

Currently 7weeks. Gestational sac measuring 7w1d and still empty.

Any hope?

Even though my last story had a happy ending, I am still looking for others with similar stories!
