Anyone told they haven’t gained enough weight during pregnancy.

I was at the doctor today and she told me she didn’t think I’ve gained enough weight this pregnancy (I’ve been about the same weight my last 3-4 appointments). I’m currently 34 weeks, 2 days and she estimated that I’ve gained 11-13 lbs this pregnancy. In the last 2 days I had a horrible stomach bug and feel like I’ve probably lost some weight from that. Anyone with experience with this. I’m sure I’ll gain some and I recently had to do a growth scan because my belly was measuring too big... I don’t know what to think but she made it pretty clear that she doesn’t normally have to have a conversation like this with her patients 🤷🏼‍♀️
