So I went back to work in January. Went back part time and work Mondays and Tuesdays. So far, my in laws have been looking after my baby which is fine.

However my husband and I tried to put him into nursery by his workplace in November. After he cried and wailed during his first two induction trials, we decided to take him out.

As I’m a primary school teacher, we decided to put him into the private nursery which is within my school (even though he loves his grandparents, my mother in law can be a bit funny when it comes to looking after him as she makes out as if I owe her something).

Long story short, he has his induction tomorrow at the new nursery in my school and I am already apprehensive and anxious. Any tips? Anyone with a similar experience that had a positive ending? I don’t really want to give up on this nursery too. I just want him to be settled and enjoy nursery!!!! ☹️😢
