Meds while sick

So I'm still in my 2ww and I managed to get sick yesterday and it's just getting worse. What besides tylenol can I take? Is this ok? Just took my temp 100.6°. I also have this metal taste in my mouth. I've never had that before while sick....is this a good sign or am I just looking in to it too much?
