I’ve been trying to conceive for nearly 8 months now what’s some tips that’ll help

Keep in mind that it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive. My partner and I took 6 years, 2 losses, many lifestyle changes, tons of ovulation tests and a round of clomid to conceive our first. And our 2nd took sex once the month we conceived- not trying but not preventing. Everyone and every pregnancy is different. Make sure you are taking prenatals. Probiotics are good. Drink plenty of water. Make sure your partner is making healthy choices as well - it takes healthy egg and sperm. Exercise- there’s some yoga poses great for fertility. Eat fertility rich foods. Drink red raspberry leaf tea- it’s great for uterine health- strengthens your uterus so that contractions are effective during labor, helps regulate hormones and helps with uterine recovery after birth. Get yourself ovulation tests. After your period ends test twice a day at the same times every day till you narrow down your average ovulation day. Then have sex every other day leading up to ov day then 3-4 days in a row. Good luck and baby dust 💕

You can try Keto. I joined a group on fb and everyone is having keto babies. I don’t know what it is about the change in diet that increases your chance of pregnancy but it’s worth a try.

It can take up to a year for healthy couples to get pregnant. Doctors don’t start getting involved unless it has been longer than a year. Don’t give up! Stay hydrated and healthy. Take a prenatal vitamin so when you do get pregnant to make sure you have plenty of nutrients for your baby. Tracking your cycle can help with timing if your cycle is regular. My hubby and I used preseed lube when trying. We got pregnant pretty quickly- not sure if it was from the lube or not. It’s good lube though so wouldn’t hurt trying that.
