I know a lot of people have described them as flutters or popcorn, but it never felt like that to me. 
With all three of my kids, the first movements felt like muscle twitches.

Im also 19 weeks! Ive been feeling flutters since 16 weeks. It does feel like a fish flopping, but ive been starting to feel sudden movements now too.

It’s weird but for me it literally felt like I had a little fish just roaming around or when you have butterflies that’s how it felt for me
