Monitoring blood sugar
So. I threw my glucose test up and can’t tolerate it, so instead I’m doing 1.5 weeks of monitoring my blood sugar.
I’ll test first thing in the morning, 2 hours after breakfast, 2 hours after lunch.. you get the point.
The thing is I don’t really eat “lunch” I bring nuts, crackers, cheese, etc and snack all day because if I don’t, I get sick feeling.
Any tips or tricks for how to manage that? Guess I just have to though it out and eat an actual lunch the next 2 weeks 🤷♀️🤷♀️
