Itchy nipples!?

Hello all I'm a FTM so sorry if this is a silly question! I'm currently 17+5 and the last I'd say 6 weeks I've had incredibly itchy nipples 😭 it's getting to the stage now where I have to take myself away at work to have a good scratch 😂😂 is this normal? And is there a way to prevent this?

I had this really and for a couple months until about 23 weeks. 
Coconut oil saved my nipples!

I had this and would use epimax which is a moisturiser for sensitive skin

Totally normal! Bring some Shea butter to work and use it every time they get itchy.

Your breast are changing, its normal. Try nipple cream/butter to soften the skin.
