Anyone stopped breastfeeding around 9 weeks and gone to formula?

When I had my daughter (15years ago) I breastfeed first roughly 3months (the pain and lack of sleep killed me). I moved her onto formula (first bottle and this baby slept for 6hours straight) (before I was feeding every hour) I cried because I felt bad and convinced myself I had been starving her for 3months 🙈 (obviously I hadn’t).
The switch over was fine no problems and best thing I ever did for her.
I’m currently pregnant again (9w5d) and definitely want to breastfeed again and hopefully longer but I’m not going to stress over it if it doesn’t last for long as long as he/she had breast to begin with I’m happy.
Is there a reason why you want to change? If you not sure speak to the health visitor/midwife I believe they offer a lot more support nowadays
