Condom Broke

My boyfriend and I were having sex last night, with a condom. When he busted he pulled out, for us to then realize the top of the condom had ripped. There was cum all over my inner thighs but he said he pulled out right before he came, I’m afraid that some might’ve gotten inside me. This is the second time we’ve ever had sex. We were both scared so we went and got the morning after pill. I guess I’m just looking for some advice or id like to hear from someone that’s experienced the same issue I just did. I’m a little nervous and just looking for someone to have some insight on the situation.
