So my 10 month old has been EBF since birth and has been getting too distracted during the day to feed, I can get her to feed at nap times (2) and at bedtime (1) then a short feed during the night (1) Is this enough?? Also I noticed 2 days ago that it was very painful when she latched and I had a letdown it feels like knives stabbing 😭 then today I noticed I had a lump in my left breast (the one that has been hurting) could this be a clogged duct? Any tips? It only hurts when she feeds off that breast (first latch and letdown) when she’s just suckling it stops hurting. It’s not red or hot so I don’t think it’s an infection.
