I have been EBF my daughter, she is 6 weeks old. The last 3 nights she has slept through. The first night she went 9 hours, the second night she went 7 hours and last night she went 8½ hours.

I have been told that I'm at risk of my supply dropping/clogged ducts/mastitis.

I know she is getting enough because of the amount of nappies she is producing and her weight gain.

Birth weight: 6lb 6oz

5 days old: 6lb 5oz

11 days old: 7lb 1oz

18 days old: 7lb 13oz

6 weeks 1 day: 10lb 4½oz

I've also read that my supply will adjust to her but what if all of a sudden she then starts feeding through the night again? Will she be able to get what she needs if my boobs haven't been used through the night?

Should I pump through the night?
