Glucose in urine at 12 weeks

At my 12 week appointment I had glucose in my urine - I had eaten crackers and a rice Krispy treat before my appointment, so that is probably why but I'm still really worked up about it. I know it's not the end of the world, but if I develop gestational diabetes I won't get to stay with my midwives. Has anyone else had glucose in their urine this early and been ok?
