Pumping when milk comes in?

My milk just came in. Little man has been feeding often but they still feel warm and not completely emptied. I don’t want to get a clogged duct or anything. Should I pump to relieve some of this or will that only up my demand and make things worse?

You don't need to completely empty as that could cause an oversupply, just feed on demand and if you feel to full and uncomfortable pumping or hand expressing to relieve pressure and make you more comfortable is a good idea.
