Hydradenitis Suprativa and breastfeeding

Curious if anyone on this has hydradenitis Suprativa and has had a flare up on their breast and still breastfed? I'll be giving birth in July and I have had a cyst on my right breast for a long time. It had flared up since being pregnant and I really wanted to breastfeed. I worry about the seepage contaminating breast milk and causing health problems for my baby girl. I also don't want to breastfeed and years down the road find out that I caused her to inherit hydradenitis Suprativa. My doctor says they'll do cultures on the drainage when it's closer to her due date but with little being known about this horrible life curse I worry, and hope to find someone that can give me some insight from experience.
