Hip pain/stiffness
Any moms in here that have like stiff hips ever since having a child?? My daughter is about to be 3 & every time I get up from sitting for a little while, I have to stand up slowly & wait a few seconds to adjust before moving. It’s not a sharp type of pain, just feels like I might fall if I move too fast & my hips feel tight. I feel like an old lady & im only about to be 30.
