Yeast infection or BV?

Hey ladies,

So last night I thought I was getting a yeast infection as the outer part of my vagina was itchy and I had a ‘dry’ feeling. I also had the cottage cheese discharge. Today, as I was going to the bathroom, and wiped, I noticed a little bit of bright red blood. It comes every time I pee. And it burns also. I have some monistat cream which I put on, and it helped to soothe the itch a bit but I still feel it and the ‘burning’ sensation. Does this sound more like a yeast infection or BV to you guys? I’m getting the pill for a yeast infection tonight but really need some input. I’ve never bled from a yeast infection before.
