Yep it's normal unfortunately. Especially since it's your first baby, your hips are separating and stretching to make room for baby to come out. A good pregnancy pillow, support belt, and yoga ball can help to open your hips and alleviate some pain!

Okay almost 33 weeks with my first baby and even rolling from side to side in bed sometimes in so uncomfortable
Normal?
Like idk what it is but it’s sooooo uncomfortable
It feels like my waist down have been hit by a truck
