What to take for a cold at 13 weeks pregnant?!

During the first trimester I was told to take children’s alcohol free robitussin and did have some spotting (unsure if it was related) when I stopped taking it the spotting stopped. I woke up with a pretty bad cold today and am apprehensive to take that again, does anyone have any suggestions?

Ugh I had a cold right around that time. It was the worst! I got a humidifier and you can get this Vick’s vapo rub stuff to put in it so it diffuses into your room, and that helped so much!! It was the only thing that cleared up my nose.
