Is this normal or am I pregnant??😧

Last month (January) my period was one day late. Throughout my last period, I did not have a full cycle that last about 4 days. I did not fill up a tampon either. On the other hand, three days after I used the bathroom, wiped & there was pink. I didn’t panic. Searched on google & the results were implantation bleeding. It’s now a new month & my period was supposed to be 3 days ago (31 days since the last cycle) & I have not bled, been mor have any menstrual cramps except for very mild pelvic cramping. Went to the hospital & they are ruling it as (Abnormal Uterine Bleeding) but I haven’t been “bleeding” since last month. I haven’t been on the Nexplanon birth control since October 2018. What is your verdict on this?
