Safe diet pills?

My mom will not give up on diet pills but when I research the ingredients of the sketchy ass pills she buys (that you cant even find online anywhere!!!) all the ingredients are catastrophically detrimental to your health.

She will not listen to me.

I just need to know if there are any safe dieting pills she can take.

Dont say "just eat healthy" she already does and works out and she still thinks she needs them. I cant get her to stop taking diet pills all I can do is try to find safe ones for her to take.
