How to use chia seeds for weight loss?
Hi guys!
I lost around 35lbs since the last year but now I’m stuck because it’s winter and I got so lazy after summer ended .
But I didn’t know that being lazy will make me gain back 10lbs so fast.
I see a lot of people using chia seeds, so I got them. I just don’t know what’s the best way to use them?
Should I straight up drink them mixed with water every morning? Or do you guys have a smoothie recipe or add to to any other thing.
If anyone has or is using chia seeds for weight loss and has seen a difference please share your routine.
