3 weeks pp still in pain

Im pretty sure I have a bruised urethra. It has been painful when peeing since about 2 days after I got home from ghe hospital. After 2 weeks of it hurting so bad it hurt to sit on the toilet when I peed I went in and my OB checked everything was healing fine no UTI. Now it doesnt hurt all day anymore finally but still painful when peeing. Since she checked my stitches they get so sore and if I poop I start bleeding a lot more. Im also bleeding more these last 2 or 3 days than I did all last week. Im still not bleeding a lot but this is exhausting. I just want to be able to work out again. Going on long walks now makes me bleed heavier but I do it anyways because i cant sit still. Also am pretty sure I tore a stitch because when my vagina get sore I have bright red bleeding like when you cut yourself shaving(no im not shaving down there) and my bleeding hasnt been that bright since I was at the hospital.
