Early Pregnancy symptoms

Hi, did anyone experience tenderness on one side of the uterus during early pregnancy, but went on to have healthy pregnancies? I had my first pelvic exam yesterday and had tenderness on the right side. Nothing too severe and only felt it upon palpation. The doctor has ordered tests, but I dont find out until later this week, and I'm freaking out.
