Lactating during early pregnancy?

So this might seem like a dumb question but this is my first pregnancy. When do you start lactating/leaking colostrum? I’m only 11 weeks 3 days but when I took off my bra there was very light wet spots right where my nipples are. I am bigger chested and I feel like my breast have gotten at least a size bigger since I first found out I was pregnant. They’re also always tender to touch. Anyone been through this this early in pregnancy?

My first pregnancy my breasts leaked almost the entire pregnancy. My second pregnancy I didn’t have milk come until I was closer to giving birth (that scared me because I thought I wasn’t going to produce). This time around I’m just kinda watching and waiting to see what will happen.

It’s really just depends. Some women leak really early, some not til later, some not at all. It’s all normal.
