This will be the first time I’ve really reached out on this really sore and traumatic topic. I recently had a miscarriage back in October and I’m really struggling with how to cope with it. What have some of y’all done to cope with your loss? It’s so she’s for me to want to get out of bed or even eat. I could really use some guidance and support. 💗
