He might not realize what day it is. I lose track of what day it is all the time. It's almost impossible for my husband to forget my birthday. It's 2 days after his, and I always make a big deal out of his so it's almost like a reminder that mine is coming up too

Remind him. Sometimes we get stressed out and forget our loved ones birthday, that doesn't mean he doesn't love you. Talk to him and tell him you'd like to celebrate.

Sadly men are clueless and if you want them to remember something or want something, you gotta remind them ahead of time. Hey my birthday is next Wednesday. Just wanted to remind you. If you want something take I picture of it and tell him where he can get it so he can go in the store and say I need that. Men don’t catch hints. Men don’t read minds. Men are one item at a time focused creatures while we can multi task and run the household refill or purchase things before they run out and keep everything going etc. don’t ever expect men to remember things without a reminder because you will surely be let down if you don’t. I had to remind my guy about Valentine’s the week before he had no clue it was even coming up he said. I take a picture of what I want and send it to him and he goes the day before because that’s what men do and get it which is why you see every man at the mall on Xmas even shopping. They all wait to the last minute. So if you don’t say something it’s just a Tuesday to him. Hey babe did you remember that today was my birthday of course he’s gonna day uhhh yea of course when He didn’t. Try and put something together last minute or celebrate this weekend instead.
