Wrist pain not sure why please help
So my left wrist has been hirting me for about 4 days now I'm not sure why. I dont remember injuring it. It hurts to bend it and move it side to side. It hurts to also put weight on it. For example even lifting up my 9 week old sons head up hurts.. theres no swelling.. what could it be?
