Positive pregnancy test but no symptoms anybody?

Hi, I am currently 11 DPO, havent tested yet. Want to wait 2 more days, but I have no symptoms of pregnancy or AF comming, which I normally do at this time. My expected AF is 28th feb.

So just wondering if people who are pregnant or have been, have had a positive pregnancy test when they had no pregnancy symptoms.

My hysband is traveling for 2 months, thats why I am debatting if I should take the pregnancy test before 14dpo or not, since I have no symptoms. He leaves 29th feb. AF is expected on my 13DPO, have short cycle. If I am pregnant I would like to tell him before he leaves.
