Any ideas?

So it started yesterday. Madeleine would randomly start crying when she would pee or poop. She never lets you know when she needs a diaper change, not even as a newborn. I change immediately after poop and after the blue strip for pee. She had a little redness and I started diaper rash cream as soon as I noticed it.

Then she started throwing up after her bottle (maybe it was spit up but it seemed like more than usual) she's fine otherwise. This morning, same thing. After her bottle she threw up a little. The redness is mostly gone but she still whines when being wiped. We're stopping baby wipes for the day.

For the past week or so she's pooping 3 times a day. Since she was a newborn it's always been once a day. She's not acting sick, still super active and taking bottles and solids. No fever. No sleep changes. Any thoughts?
