Doctor or not?

Baby girl was teething all weekend and it was a rough one. It started with a runny nose but I figured it was in relation to the teeth.

Fast forward to last night and she was running a mild fever of 100.8 and developed a tiny cough.

At 3:30am she was super hot but I didn’t take her temp, I just gave her Tylenol.

We kept Tylenol in her every 6 hours and she kept the fever off while it was in her system. She refused all solids but had all bottles except the last baby sitter bottle she gets at 3pm. She left the babysitters with 100.1 and by the time we got home it was 103.8. It took her 3 hours to finish a 5oz bottle and her cough is worsened. She also has “sick eyes” if y’all know what I’m talking about.

My husband is convinced we need to go to urgent care because it could be an upper respiratory infection (which he thinks he’s had the last two weeks but military doctors are actual garbage and refused to treat him).

What would you do? I’m more of a monitor and wait type of person and we are really at odds here.
