Possibly Pregnant?

So I am 10 days late on my period I am on the nexplanon. It is due out March 30 of this year. I whent to the health department for all that fun shit and to make a date to get my nexplanon removed. Well when the nurse was in there she asked if I started my period and I said no. She seemed a bit worried when she realized I was late. But I didn't think nothing of it till the next day. I'm thinking about taking a pregnancy test in the morning but yet I know nexplanon is over 99% affective. But I also know some women have got pregnant on it. I have been having clear discharge, more out of breath lately and weird little like flutters here and there in my left lower abdomen. (Also in January I had my first "normal period like I used too before I got the nexplanon)

Any one else on the nexplanon have the same symptoms? Any thoughts? Thank you :)
