Is anyone else’s nursing goal 2 years?

I feel like everyone is talking about weaning now that we’re approaching 12 months.. but I’d love for my daughter to self wean when she’s ready. breastfeeding is such an amazing journey and i Love it so much

I plan to go until my son is ready to wean. We are just shy of a year and there is no end in sight for us.

I want to go as long as possible but im just ready for my boobs back. She likes to nurse mostly at night so I get frustrated.

It’s not really my goal, but it does seem to be my son’s goal. I’m definitely willing to go past a year but another full year seems like long time. Weaning will be hard for us because it’s so intertwined with sleep for him. So we’ll see.
