I just need a little help & advise (since no one else whats to help me)

Hello everyone .. So heres the thing .. Im 18 years old pregnant, graduated high school & got my medical assisting certification (graduated) all in 2015. Im due in may 2016 & i wanted to attend college right after the baby is born so either spring or summer ill be in school. Im just confused on what course i should take. Im realllllllllly into the medical field its my passion i love helping out others & etc & i want to be a labor & delivery nurse. But on the other hand i realllllllly love children & want to become an apotion social worker. I know both takes patients & a lot of hard work, being that im having a kid myself & being 18 but i know i can do it! Im just a little stressed out about what i want to do! Can you ladies give me a little wise words? I can really appreciate it !!! Thank you
